AGORATEKA is a Pan-European portal developed by the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) with the objective to help citizens in the European Union to search for online legal offers (regarding music, films and series, e-books…). It links to national AGORATEKA portals which give access to websites that provide such legal offers. The personal data we process consists in identification data (first name, last name), contact data (email address) as well as any other data that the visitor of the website provides on a voluntary basis in his/her message.

Personal data may be shared amongst the Institut de la Propriété Intellectuelle Luxembourg G.I.E. and the Intellectual Property Office as well as with IT service subcontractors located in the European Union in charge of hosting the email inbox associated with the website and providing backup services.

The data collected will be deleted once the enquiry has been fully resolved.
